1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rankrs — including the website at https://rankrs.in, the Rankrs web dashboard, and the Hey Rankrs WhatsApp coaching bot — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") andPrejee Innovations Private Limited("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the entity that owns and operates Rankrs.

2. About Rankrs

Rankrs is an AI-powered educational platform offering test series, performance analytics, and WhatsApp-based coaching for students preparing for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) and NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) in India.

The platform comprises:

• Rankrs Dashboard — a web-based application for taking tests, viewing performance analytics, and managing your account, accessible at rankrs.in/app.
• Hey Rankrs — an AI coaching assistant available on WhatsApp that provides step-by-step doubt solutions and coaching insights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rankrs. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access the Rankrs Dashboard, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Rankrs offers paid subscription plans granting access to full test series, unlimited AI coaching sessions, and mock tests. Subscription pricing is displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. Current pricing is ₹999 per exam (JEE or NEET) for the full academic season.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5.3 Subscription Activation

Subscription access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via the platform or WhatsApp.

5.4 Taxes

Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as required under Indian law.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 No Refund Policy

All purchases on Rankrs are final and non-refundable. Given the nature of digital educational content — which is made immediately accessible upon purchase — we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.

This applies to all subscription plans including JEE, NEET, and JEE + NEET combined plans.

6.2 No Cancellation Mid-Season

Subscriptions are valid for the full academic season as defined at the time of purchase. There is no option to cancel a subscription mid-season and receive a partial refund.

6.3 Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment — where you have been charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.
• Payment deducted but subscription not activated — where your payment was successful but access was not granted within 24 hours.

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6.4 Free Tier

The free tier of Rankrs (including limited Hey Rankrs WhatsApp solves) is available without any payment and is not subject to this policy.

7. Hey Rankrs WhatsApp Bot

7.1 Service Description

Hey Rankrs is an AI-powered coaching assistant operated through WhatsApp. By messaging Hey Rankrs, you agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

7.2 Usage Limits

Free users are subject to daily usage limits on text and image solves. Paid subscribers receive higher limits as described on the platform.

7.3 AI Limitations

Hey Rankrs uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You should not rely solely on Hey Rankrs responses for critical exam preparation without verifying important concepts from authoritative sources.

7.4 WhatsApp Number Linking

You may link your WhatsApp number to your Rankrs account to enable personalised coaching. You may unlink your number at any time from your account settings. By linking your number, you consent to receiving coaching messages from Hey Rankrs on WhatsApp.

7.5 Appropriate Use

Hey Rankrs is intended solely for educational purposes related to JEE and NEET preparation. You must not use the bot to seek answers to questions during actual board or competitive examinations, or for any purpose unrelated to legitimate academic study.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rankrs platform — including questions, solutions, explanations, AI-generated coaching cards, test series structure, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of Prejee Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The "Hey Rankrs" and "Rankrs" names and logos are trademarks of Prejee Innovations Private Limited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Copy, distribute, or publish test questions or solutions outside the platform.
• Use Hey Rankrs to seek answers during live examinations.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Rankrs platform and Hey Rankrs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

We make no guarantees regarding examination results or rank improvements. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort and factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prejee Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve desired examination results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Rankrs shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Rankrs after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
