Questions
Common questions about Hey Rankrs
Is it free?
Yes. You get 3 text solves and 1 image solve per day for free, forever. Paid users (₹999) get 25 text and 10 image solves per day.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. Just open WhatsApp and message us. You can sign up on rankrs.in later to connect your test history.
What kind of questions can I ask?
Any JEE or NEET doubt — Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology. Text questions or photos of printed/handwritten problems both work.
How is this different from just Googling?
Google gives you a generic answer. Hey Rankrs knows your history — if you've been losing marks in Electrostatics across multiple mocks, it tells you that and explains accordingly.
Will it remember me next time I message?
Yes. Your coaching context carries across sessions. It's designed to get more useful the longer you use it.
What if I send an image and it can't read it?
Take the photo in good light with the question clearly visible. If it still can't read it, type the question out instead.
